Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Delivery Dispute: In the event of a delivery dispute, the shipping company’s proof of delivery shall be deemed final.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.

Returns: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless the product is defective.

Refund Time

An approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Replacement/exchange order will be delivered in 3-4 days
