Sikkim is an Indian state in the Eastern Himalayas. This rare and little-known tea grows in the wooded valleys where the climate is tropical giving the tea a fine bouquet and an excellent delicate flavor.
Brewing Advice: One teaspoon per mug. Add fresh, boiling water (100ºC), and steep for two or three minutes according to taste. Not suitable for milk.

- Amount of tea per cup (200 ml): 5g (one tea caddy spoon)
- The temperature of water: 95 / 185 (boil kettle, cool for 20 seconds)
- Infusion time: 2-4 minutes (or as desired)

- How to enjoy: No milk, no sugar
